Chris is a registered Building Designer with the Architectural Institute of British Columbia, and studied Architectural Science at Ryerson University in Toronto. Since graduating in 2003, he has worked exclusively in the area of residential design, practicing in a wide variety of styles, scales, and locations across North America and Europe. Throughout that period, he predominantly worked with 3D CAD modeling software (such as Vectorworks and ArchiCAD), from the design and visualization stages, through to permitting and construction. He has vast experience and training in sustainable building technologies, including LEED-certified, Living Building Challenge, and BuiltGreen projects. Outside of the office, he volunteers with the Co-operative Housing Federation of British Columbia, the Environmental Youth Alliance, and Velopalooza Vancouver. He cherishes the ability to live and work in a dense, vibrant, sustainable city; and contribute to that vision on a daily basis.
